Job Description Job Description Salary: Depending on Experience Sunshine Schools is hiring a Food Program Coordinator to support and manage our North Carolina CACFP food program across multiple school locations. This is a part-time role (2025 hours per week) for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and confident working independently. If you understand how the North Carolina CACFP program works and enjoy creating order, accuracy, and compliance, this role may be a great fit. What Youll Do Manage income eligibility forms for each school location Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff Communicate directly with food vendors Track receipts, invoices, and meal counts using company systems Ensure ongoing CACFP compliance and audit readiness What Were Looking For Strong knowledge of North Carolina CACFP requirements Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multiple locations independently Clear communicator who follows systems and standards Schedule & Pay Part-time: 2025 hours per week Approximately 4 - 5 hours per day Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications Why Sunshine Schools Sunshine Schools is a professional early childhood education organization committed to quality, compliance, and strong systems.
