Job Description Job Description General Laborer (Full?Time) Full Time | Manufacturing | Sign Industry We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to build crates, package products, and prepare signs for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Build wooden crates and packaging using hand and power tools Assemble materials using nail guns, staplers, screws, bolts, and glue Place products into crates manually or using hoists Prepare signs for shipment, including cleaning, inspection, and touch?ups Install faces, lamps, base wood, and required labels on signage Safely operate tools such as drills, saws, sanders, impact guns, and forklifts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures What We’re Looking For Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Experience with hand and power tools preferred Carpentry or crating/packing experience a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read tape measures Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift up to 100 lbs.) Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
