Job Description:
Carolina Estate Planning, a distinguished legal firm
specializing in wills, trusts, and estate planning, is seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join
our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
fostering relationships with potential clients, educating them on
the importance of estate planning, and guiding them through the
initial stages of securing our services. This role is pivotal in
helping clients understand the value of securing their financial
future through personalized legal solutions. Engage with potential
clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to
introduce our services and establish client needs. Educate
prospective clients on the benefits and importance of estate
planning, trust management, and asset protection. Schedule
consultations between potential clients and our estate planning
attorneys. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system to
ensure accuracy and reliability of information. Achieve monthly
sales targets by effectively converting leads into client
engagements. Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay
updated with the latest industry trends and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales
strategies and approaches based on market feedback and results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High level of
proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Experience in
consultative sales techniques and client service. Understanding of
estate planning, trusts, and legal service frameworks is a plus.
Certifications in sales and marketing are preferred. Professional
certification in Estate Planning or Financial Services is
beneficial.
