Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is
seeking an experienced National Account Manager, Senior Living, to
join our dynamic Healthcare & Medical sales team. In this crucial
role, you will be responsible for stewarding our services to senior
living facilities, enhancing their security and safety protocols
through our advanced technology solutions and expertise. This
position integrates sales strategies with healthcare industry
needs, aiming to secure and expand our footprint in the senior
living sector. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with
key decision-makers in senior living facilities. Understand and
anticipate clients’ security needs, proposing customized solutions
that integrate Securitas’ services. Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profit. Deliver formal presentations and
reports to clients and senior management. Coordinate with
cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of
services. Keep up-to-date with trends in the senior living industry
to align solutions effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets
consistently. Strong leadership and relationship-building
capabilities. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic and
analytical thinking. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and senior
living operational needs. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Professional Sales Person
(CPSP) Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus.
