Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.This position will support the PVSI BSA Risk Control program as it relates to the overall BSA/AML/Economic Sanctions program within PVSI. - This candidate will assist in the assessing of emerging risks, evaluating new business initiatives and conducting impact assessments ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations of quantifying the BSA/AML risk for new and existing customers and products within PVSI.Preferred locations: 150 Fayetteville St. Raleigh, NC 27601; 800 Walnut St, Des Moines, IA 50309; 4811 N 4th Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104 or 301 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28282

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

    • Experience in risk monitoring and reporting (including risk evaluation and assessment, issues management, or risk governance)
    • Knowledge and understanding of metric and key indicator programs
    • Strong BSA/AML/OFAC industry knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and ideally in PVSI including the products, and regulatory environment
    • Experience using/building queries using tools such as SQL and Tableau
