Accentuate Staffing is assisting a locally owned medical supply provider in the Holly Springs area who is hiring a Service Technician to join their team. This is a great direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and on call over the weekend.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and install a wide range of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, hospital beds, ramps, and lifts, at client locations in a timely and professional manner.
Perform thorough equipment assessments to determine the optimal installation approach, ensuring safety, accessibility, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide hands-on training to clients and caregivers on the proper use, maintenance, and safety protocols of the installed medical devices.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to coordinate installation schedules, address client inquiries, and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, equipment serial numbers, and client interactions.
Adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and safety guidelines during installations and service calls.
Continuously enhance your technical knowledge by staying informed about the latest developments in medical equipment and installation techniques.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is preferred.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different installation scenarios.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy medical equipment as required.
Valid Driver's license
