Job Description:
$1500.00 New Hire Bonus!!! First half paid after 90 days of
successful employment and the second half paid after 6 months of
successful employment! ```Duties``` - Install, maintain, and repair
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems - Perform
routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance -
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Repair or replace
defective parts in HVAC systems - Conduct regular inspections of
HVAC systems to identify potential problems - Collaborate with
other technicians and contractors to complete projects - Follow
safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
```Skills``` - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
skills - Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to
HVAC - Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry -
Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed -
Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components -
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and
diagrams - Knowledge of field service practices and procedures -
Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices -
Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if
applicable) - Familiarity with HVAC system design principles Note:
