• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
• Experience with Scrum/PM and onsite client handling, along with technical skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical commercial data analysis and deriving data insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions that meet clients' business needs.
• Develop and execute data strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of the Pharma domain, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Minimum 4-5 years of onsite experience in a client handling role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on technical experience; SQL or PySpark is a must.
