-Responsibilities:To help the supervisor guide associates in 2nd
Processing -toward production goals and quality
standards.Knowledge, skills and Abilities:* - Excellent Attendance
and Personnel record* - Able to work with minimum Supervision* -
Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish* - Able to
operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax,
etc.)* - Weekend work required as necessary* - Ability to train new
associates* - Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line
speed* - Knowledge of workplace safety rules* - Ability to complete
paperwork accurately* - Ability to perform multiple dutiesEducation
& Experience* - GED or equivalent* Proficient math and computer
skills
