Job Description:

We are looking for a mortgage loan originator assistant for our highly productive team, no experience needed. This is a remote position in the Triangle area, training in person in Chapel Hill. This position requires weekend work with a typical work week being Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing our email inbox and conducting precise data entry. If you are an organized and detail-oriented person, we invite you to apply today!Compensation:$38,500Responsibilities:Monitoring our email inbox and directing the flow of email.Reviewing pre-approvals-pulling credit and reviewing, reviewing online application to confirm accuracy and completion. Requesting documents like paychecks, W2 and reviewing those. Using an excel sheet to enter in their income and liabilities to confirm debt ratio.Comfortable calling clients for items neededHelping prepare files for what is called "origination" which is reviewing the application for accuracy, reviewing the purchase contract, updating numbers, adding in fees into the system things like this. There is a checklist to follow. Attention to detail is important.Administrative items like-ordering gift cards, ordering business cards, stamps etc, lending a hand with delivering goody baskets or helping me put them togetherCompliance items-entering state required data into an excel spread sheet.Marketing items-sending out weekly emails to pre-approved clients via mail chimp. Sending out weekly realtor emails, mailers, and any marketing items we are working on.
