Customer Experience Specialist

Orangetheory Fitness is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist! As a founding team member of our new contact center, this individual would be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and driving the overarching theme of #Morelife for our members.

Still here? Awesome! Here are some of the responsibilities of a Customer Experience Specialist:

* Work collaboratively with the Call Center Lead, Studio Managers and Field Management teams on managing and scheduling leads for studios * Clear, positive attitude with strong customer service skills * Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls and customer care calls * Schedule leads for classes in studios under ownership * Assist with driving the Studio's daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals

What we look (requirements) for in an Customer Experience Specialist:

* Bachelors degree preferred * Passion for Orangetheory and Fitness * Excellent customer service skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Can (truly) multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Practice positive, motivating and effective communication skills * Have the flexibility to work "retail" hours- days, nights and weekends, as needed
