Virtual model: We leverage technology to connect well-trained, recent college graduates with students everywhere in the U.S. that technology can reach. Advisers become part of their school community, collaborate with teachers and administrators, devise creative approaches to reach and connect with students and families, and play an integral role in changing the lives of the students they serve. The Director, North Carolina cultivates and manages key relationships with strategic funding, community, policymaking, and other program partners so that CAC successfully meets its program obligations in the region.
