PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire We are currently hiring reliable
and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to support daily
manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for

in producing high-quality work. Position Summary: The Production
Assembler is responsible for assembling components and products in
accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and
production timelines. This role requires precision, consistency,
and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products and components following work instructions and
specifications • Collaborate with team members to meet daily
production goals • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy
and product integrity • Identify and report defects,
inconsistencies, or assembly issues • Assist with basic
troubleshooting and problem resolution • Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe work environment • Adhere to all safety
policies, procedures, and operational guidelines • Support
continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency efforts
Qualifications: • 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
preferred • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions •
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity • Comfortable
working in a fast-paced production setting • Dependable, punctual,
and team-oriented • Ability to stand for extended periods and
