About the Role We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers / Baggers to join our manufacturing and industrial operations team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and stacking products in various bag sizes, including bags weighing up to 50 pounds. This position plays an important role in supporting both production goals and our mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities in a structured, supportive work environment. What Youll Do Bag and package products according to required weights and specifications Operate bagging and sealing equipment (training provided) Lift, move, and stack bags weighing up to 50 pounds Read and follow production orders, labels, safety instructions, and workplace signage Perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies What You Bring Ability to read and understand written instructions and signage Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand and perform manual labor for up to 10-hour shifts Dependability, strong attendance, and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Work Environment This position is performed in an industrial setting and may involve exposure to: Noise, dust, and temperature changes Repetitive motion and physical activity Workplace Requirements Neuse Enterprises is a drug-free workplace Completion of a background check (BG) and drug screening (DS) is required as a condition of employment Our Commitment to Inclusion Neuse Enterprises is committed to building an inclusive workforce.
