Job Description:
Exciting leadership opportunity! The Warehouse Coordinator
supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring
efficient material flow, inventory handling, order staging,
packing, and shipment preparation. This role is essential to
accurate, on-time order fulfillment by maintaining proper
receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping in line with customer
SLAs. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail,
organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment. Location: Whitsett, NC Pay rate: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Key Responsibilities Coordinate
inbound receiving, verification, inventory tracking, and material
staging to support production and fulfillment. Stage, verify, pack,
and prepare orders for accurate, on-time shipment. Manage shipping
processes including carrier coordination (UPS, FedEx, freight),
labels, and documentation. Execute SAP transactions (goods receipt,
inventory movements, transfers, shipping) and resolve
discrepancies. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize
workload and support high-volume, SLA-driven operations. Maintain
compliance with SOPs, packaging standards, and warehouse
safety/organization. Qualifications 2–4 years of warehouse,
logistics, or fulfillment experience. Experience with SAP or
similar ERP/WMS systems. Strong attention to detail, organization,
and communication skills. Familiarity with shipping carriers and
high-volume environments Preferred Experience with IT hardware,
device provisioning, or configuration environments. Knowledge of
WMS/scanning tools and continuous improvement practices. Success
Metrics Inventory accuracy, on-time shipment readiness,
staging/packing accuracy, SLA adherence, and error reduction.
