vehicle breakdowns. We are looking for a driven and experienced Tow
Truck Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shop and
lead our team to success. Job Summary: As the Tow Truck Shop
Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the
shop, ensuring efficient and effective operations. You will lead a
team of skilled technicians and support staff, maintain high
standards of safety and customer service, and work to exceed
performance targets. Your expertise in fleet management, a keen eye
for detail, and strong leadership abilities will be critical in
driving the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: -
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tow truck shop, ensuring
all services are performed with efficiency and accuracy. - Manage
and lead a team of tow truck operators, mechanics, and
administrative staff. - Develop and implement operational
strategies to optimize shop performance and maximize profitability.
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained in excellent
condition and in compliance with safety regulations. - Coordinate
with customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer support
and satisfaction. - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and
manage budgets to control costs effectively. - Develop schedules,
assign tasks, and manage job performance of shop personnel. -
Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety
training. - Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports for
senior management. - Foster a positive and collaborative work
environment that promotes teamwork and growth. Qualifications: -
Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive or
towing industry. - Strong knowledge of tow truck operations, fleet
management, and vehicle maintenance. - Excellent leadership and
team management skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and
attention to detail. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment. - Proficient in using fleet management software and
Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
