Job Description Job Description Attorney Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will focus on personal injury cases, providing expert legal representation and ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to litigation and an understanding of trial court processes. Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation process. - Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials. - Conduct legal research to support case strategies and advise clients on their rights and options. - Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. - Attend court hearings and trial proceedings, presenting cases persuasively and effectively. - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management and strategy development. Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active state bar membership in good standing. - 2 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation. - Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with trial court processes is a plus. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
