Job Description:
At Civic Federal Credit Union, we are committed to serving the

family members throughout North Carolina. We are seeking a Vice
President (VP) of Cards and Payments to lead our card services and
payment systems, promoting innovation, and improving financial
solutions in alignment with our strategic goals. This executive
role is pivotal in shaping the future of our payment solutions,
enhancing user experience, and driving financial growth. Develop
and implement a strategic vision for the cards and payments
division in alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee the
management of card issuance, payment processing, and transaction
services. Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the
cards and payments sector, ensuring state-of-the-art technology
solutions for our members. Collaborate with IT, marketing, and
customer service departments to ensure seamless integration and
promotion of payment products. Manage relationships with external
partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Analyze market trends
to anticipate industry shifts and drive product innovation. Ensure
compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning card
issuance and payments. Direct and nurture a team of senior managers
and professionals within the cards and payments department.
Expertise in digital payment technologies and card services. Strong
leadership and strategic planning abilities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in risk
management and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage
cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation and relationship
management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
