Reporting to the HR Manager, you will utilize your core skills in talent acquisition and recruiting to identify and engage top candidates. Your premium skills in negotiation and technical recruiting will be vital in securing the best talent for our organization. Additionally, your bilingual abilities in Spanish will facilitate better interactions with diverse candidates, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process. Responsibilities Conduct talent acquisition and recruiting processes to identify and attract top candidates. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with potential hires and assess their fit for the organization. Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. Provide bilingual support to candidates and team members as needed, enhancing customer service interactions.
