Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x9hrs - Hours: 36 hrs/wk - Start Date: Apr 20, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2 years of experience in CT and X-Ray for an outpatient and ED setting, with ARRT (CT and R) certification required. Details - Outpatient and ED setting serving adult and pediatric patients - CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction, cardiac CT (pulmonary vein CT, cardiac calcium scores, and perfusion studies) - X-Ray procedures include extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, and upper/lower extremities - Requires starting approximately 8–9 IVs per day - Equipment includes PACS, portables, GE and Siemens systems; Samsung X-Ray experience preferred - Epic EMR — experience is mandatory - 4x9-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM - May occasionally be asked to float to other facilities Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience - ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography (R) required - Current BLS required - Outpatient (adult and pediatric) and ED experience required - Proficiency with PACS, portable X-Ray, GE and Siemens equipment required - Epic EMR experience required - IV start proficiency required - Experience with infants and pediatric patients preferred - Samsung X-Ray experience preferred - 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration - Copy of driver's license required for consideration - License required if applicable Additional Information - Perform CT and X-Ray imaging across a broad range of exam types in both outpatient and ED environments - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences American Traveler Job ID P-690419.
