Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Chapel Hill, NC Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,092 to $2,156 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU) StartDate: 3/16/2026 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2092.00 - $2156.00 This role is a PEDIATRIC Respiratory Therapist position. Must have PEDIATRIC experience Must be able to work with NICU Level III or Level IV, PICU Level I, etc. Temp to perm is an option local candidates will be reviewed first Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required. -Dependent upon population served and regardless of if RRT or CRT, all teammates must have at least one of the following depending upon practice area: ACLS. NRP. PALS. CPFT. OR Advanced practice certificate to administer moderate sedation in Bronchoscopy Lab. -All certifications must be maintained as required by the certifying body. -Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Two (2) years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist. Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi Experience: 2 years Licenses: RT-NC Certifications: RRT(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); NRP(Copy Needed); PALS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history All certifications must be maintained as required by the certifying body. -Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
