You will also contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Administer daily medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' health condition and respond to medical emergencies. Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient care. Educate inmates about health maintenance and disease prevention. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Proficient in documenting and recording information accurately Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations Comprehensive knowledge of nursing procedures and healthcare regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification CPR certification
