Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year case management experience required License: Temporary or pending licenses accepted Certifications: Valid certifications required Must-Have: Case management experience Own car for travel Description: Home Care/Hospice Registered Nurse needed with travel experience. Position requires willingness to case manage and take a caseload. Mileage reimbursement will be provided at the federal rate. Travel will occur throughout the day. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Expectation to work some holidays. Two supervisory references are required for consideration. Background checks will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
