Gastroenterology Near Winston-Salem, NC Physician-owned, physician lead multi-specialty group seeks BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join their expanding practice Group has 6 GI physicians currently and growing. General GI position. Advanced procedures not required. Desired start date in 2025. About 70% of practice time in the office and 30% in the endoscopy unit. 4.5-day work week offers each doctor a chance to catch up on notes and admin duties. Call is shared at 1 in 7 call rotation. Outpatient procedures done at the group accredited endoscopy center owned by the group. Unit has 4 procedure rooms and support staff with top-of-the-line Olympus scopes and equipment. Inpatient consults are done at two local facilities. There is a 500-bed not for profit facility across the street from the GI office and a 150 bed not for facility 5 minutes from the office. Hospital system also has a Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency program. Competitive compensation offered - to be discussed with employer directly on interviews Large primary care referral base in the group. Partnership offered after first full fiscal year of employment. Must be Board Certified to get partnership. Shareholder compensation formula is almost entirely production based. Flu vaccine is required as a condition of employment with the group unless there is an approved exemption.
