Job Description:
Hematology/Oncology opening in Virginia Located in Martinsville,
VA - Greensboro, NC 50mSeeking hematologist/oncologist to
strengthen our established team. Full-time Hospital Employed Join
employed Hem/Oncs and an NP, with Radiation/Oncology on-site
Bi-weekly tumor board and clinical trial programs. Aria Oncology
information system Averaging 25-30 per day, 100% remote telephone
shared call coverage (low call volume), 95% outpatient clinic 10
infusion chairs, 2 quick chairs Inpatient treatment referred to
large academic centers in the area Common Oncology scope breast,
prostate, lung, colon, head/neck, with a large Hematology panel
Staffed with navigators, pharmacist, pharm tech, lab tech with lab
draws in office, phlebotomist, office manager, clinical director
(shared with radiation oncology) Hospitalist group admits Most
local cancer referrals come from GS, GI, Uro, Pulm, ENT and Neph.
Good working relationship with tertiary centers in region ACOS-CoC
accredited Low turnover in the clinic with a true family atmosphere
