board-eligible or board-certified Psychiatrists to join the staff
of a new state-of-the-art, 144-bed Behavioral Health Hospital
scheduled to open in Fall 2025. This facility will offer
comprehensive psychiatric care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric
patients and will serve as a regional center of excellence in
eastern North Carolina.Position Highlights: 7 on/7 off schedule,
7:00 AM 7:00 PM Hospital privileges at both the flagship academic
medical center and the new behavioral health hospital Academic
appointment with East Carolina University s Brody School of
Medicine Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
Participation in clinical research, if desired Service area
population of 1.4 million across 29 counties Compensation &
