Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive medications per provider orders and safety protocols. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment responses. Collaborate with oncologists, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, side-effect management, and follow-up care. Support patients emotionally and provide compassionate care throughout their oncology journey. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
