Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Thomasville or Kernersville, North Carolina Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-hire or Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package, excellent work-life balance, great team culture We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy outpatient surgery center in Thomasville, North Carolina specializing in endoscopic gastroenterology procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Start and remove IVs efficiently and safely • Administer physician-prescribed medications • Monitor patients before, during, and after outpatient procedures • Maintain accurate patient charts and medical documentation • Provide patient education and emotional support during recovery • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary surgical team in a fast-paced setting Qualifications: • Active - LPN license in North Carolina • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in a clinical or surgical (hospital or out-patient) setting • Strong IV insertion/removal skills • Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology related to patient care • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail If you’re an LPN ready to work in a setting where your skills make an immediate impact and your schedule gives you back your personal time, apply today!
