collaborating with physician providers and other team members to
assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care in
accordance with the current policies and procedures. Responsible
for ongoing quality, productivity and efficiency in Wound Ostomy

Qualifications: - Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4
Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. - Experience: Two years of
relevant experience, required. - Licensure/Certification: - Current
RN license in appropriate state, required. - Wound Certification,
preferred. - Additional Skills Required: - Excellent oral and
written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking
skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Must be able to provide
care with minimal supervision. - Additional Skills Preferred: -
Wound certification. - Expertise with advanced wound care products
