provide professional nu rsing care for patients inaccordance with
physician orders and establish edpolicies andprocedures. Provide

PRN will be assignedto the Internal Staffing Resource Pool and will
float th emultipleareas. Compensation is a flat rate that is based
on years of ex perience.Work PerformedPlan, provide, supervise and
document professional nursing careutilizing the nursing process for
pati ents in accordance with physicianorders and established
policies and pro cedures. Use professional nursingjudgment to
individualize the plan ofca re based on assessment of thepatient's
baseline needs and response tocar e.Delegate tasks and supervise
the activities of other licensed andunlic ensed care
providers.Assist other nursing personnel in the delivery of n
ursing care and actas team leader or charge nurse for a group of
patient s or an entire unitas assigned.Monitor and initiate
corrective actionto maintain the environment ofcare including
equipment and material resourc es.Participate in own professional
development by maintaining requiredco mpetencies, identifying
learning needs and seeking appropriateassistance or educational
offerings.Act as preceptor and support the development o f other

Education Work requires graduationfrom an accredited BSN or
Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. All
registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or
higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program
within two years of their start date and to complete the program
within five years of their start date. Experience 2 years of
appropriate clinical experience required. Degrees, Licensures,
Certifications Must have current or compact RN licensure in the
