Our Savor food truck program aims to generate a sustainable funding stream to support this mission. The truck will operate as a traditional food truck, with all proceeds supporting Mobile Food Pantries for our neighbors in need.Job DescriptionThe General Manager of the Savor Food Truck will serve as the leadership figure for the truck. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and implementation of strategic systems to promote and improve Savor's business model. The role involves ensuring the success of the truck and staff, operating out of a commissary kitchen, and providing on-site catering for community, corporate, and special events. The General Manager will oversee all food production, on-truck activities, event planning, and coordination of the truck's calendar.Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 4-6 years of experience in culinary, food truck, or hospitality environments
• Culinary background required
• Proven experience managing food production, staff, and event logistics
• Strong understanding of daily food truck operations and ability to drive a large vehicle
• Ability to coordinate and manage large groups
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teachings and the mission of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh
• Valid NC Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
