searching for an experienced Nursing Manager of Behavioral Health
Emergency Department to join their prestigious team in North

-organization, this 800+ bed facility serves nearly 40,000 patients
annually. - The ER Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will join a
phenomenal team in a facility -whose mission is to improve the
health and well-being of the unique communities we serve. As the
Psych -ER Nurse Manager, you will join an organization that
delivers the best in interdisciplinary -healthcare -in numerous
service lines including cardiovascular care, diabetes, transplant
and many more!The Nurse Manager of Emergency Department Behavioral
Health will report to the Director of Emergency Services and be
supported by a highly-skilled, professional team of nursing and
ancillary staff that provide individualized, quality care. The
Behavioral Health Emergency Department (BHED) is comprised of three
separate locked units which can accommodate up to 42 patients
seeking mental health care in a patient centered environment. - The
department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides care
to approximately 3,000 patients annually. - BHED staff partner with
Emergency Medicine to provide compassionate, quality mental health
care, focusing on the unique needs of patients and families which
may include those struggling with mental illness and /or substance
use disorders.The Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health ED -is
required to have their -BSN. An active RN license in the state of
North Carolina is required as well. -Professional certification
(ANCC Magnet approved) relevant to Management, Leadership or
Clinical Area is required within the probationary period of
employment. This teaching -healthcare -organization is looking for
an ER Behavioral Health Nurse Manager with a minimum of 3 years of
relevant -experience - and 1 year in a leadership role. - -The
