Job Title: Molding Technician Company Location: Hillsborough, NC
27278, USA Roles and Responsibilities: As a Molding Technician, you
will be integral to our production process. Your primary
responsibilities will include: - Setting up and operating molding
machines to produce high-quality parts. - Troubleshooting and
resolving any issues that arise during the molding process. -
Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal
performance. - Collaborating with team members to improve processes
and enhance product quality. - Monitoring production output and
adhering to safety and quality standards. Experience Level:
Preferred experience level is 5 to 7 years. Desired Skills: We seek
individuals with: - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
skills. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and
technical documents. - A keen eye for detail to ensure product
quality and adherence to specifications. - Excellent communication
skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - A
commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
