Are you mechanically minded and ready to bring your skills to a
dynamic team? We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to
join our assembly crew through Partners Personnel — and ultimately
step into a long-term position. What you’ll be doing Installing
parts and components with precision using hydraulic, pneumatic, and
hand-tools Reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams
Working with hydraulic and electrical systems in a hands-on
environment Communicating clearly: verbally and in written form
Training for overhead crane and forklift operation (we’ll teach
you!) Being available for either day or night shifts (you’ll know
your shift after training) What we’re looking for Someone who can
tackle mechanical tasks with confidence Basic experience (or
willingness to learn) in working with hydraulics, electrical
systems, and torque tools Comfortable reading blueprints and using
pneumatic/hand tools Good communication skills—you’ll work with the
team and understand instructions clearly Flexible schedule:
willing/able to start on 3rd shift and rotate as needed Ready to
take on training and move into forklift & overhead crane operation
