What You'll Be Doing Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment. Lead electrical installations and upgrades for plant systems and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance. Mentor and support junior electricians and apprentices. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated expertise in industrial electrical systems and controls. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety and operational excellence. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
