As a Welder, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Welding Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, MIG welding experience and the ability to work in a team environment which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Welder Location: Fuquay Varina, NC Pay Range: $19.62/hour base rate What's the Job? Operate welding equipment. Inspect products and ensure accurate assembly. Adhere to safety procedures. Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm Schedule Flexibility What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with MIG welding. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable and dependable attendance. What's in it for me? Competitive pay based on experience.
