This role is responsible for leading technical projects from concept through to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Essential Duties And Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary at any time. Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects within the injection molding process. Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, tooling, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project milestones Report project status on regular basis to customers as well as internal steering committee. Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address risks or delays. Provide technical input on mold design, tooling specifications, and manufacturing feasibility. Manage vendor quotation process – request, review, and compare supplier offers to ensure cost competitiveness and technical compliance. Oversee tooling trials, mold validations, and process optimization Support cost estimation, budgeting, and resource planning for projects. Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, IATF) and customer requirements. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tooling, processes, and workflow efficiency. Liaise daily with customers to refine projects and propose mutually beneficial improvements. Coordinate tool repairs and changes, from quoting to toolmaker assignment and production alignment. Compensation details: 100000-130000 Yearly Salary PIf88b172f6237-25448-39253136
