Instructors with the help of Teaching Assistants; lead online discussions, emphasize the meta-skills and core concepts, support students in their projects and challenges, and provide feedback to students. You don't have to have a ton of experience with teaching! You just have to be a lifelong learner, or love to help people change their lives to succeed. What You Will Do : Lead lectures and educational product management activities Answer students' questions during class sessions Utilize Zoom's "breakout-rooms" feature during activities and in-class projects to assist the students, as needed Upload class content to the student facing Google Drive Ensure that homework is graded on-time, and occasionally assist with grading What makes you a great fit: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience A positive attitude Ability to deliver our lesson plans that are provided by Trilogy Share your own professional experiences and industry insight with the students Be able to infuse empathy, support, encouragement, and fun into the student experience Proficient in the following: Product Management Experience At least 4 years of leading in an Agile SCRUM environment Defining product strategies and roadmaps Managing product backlogs Sprint planning and execution Wireframing and prototyping Defining product objectives and KPIs A/B Testing Gathering customer feedback Managing stakeholder relationships Planning product launches Product Management Software GSuite Google Analytics Miro JIRA ProductPlan Optimizely Balsamiq Invision Trello SQL Tableau Other Skills Facilitating virtual teams, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Hangouts, WebEx) Business Intelligence / Analytics / Analyst Agile Technical Writing/Communication Executive Communication Git or Github Design thinking Logistics: 18-week program Mon/Wed OR Tue/Thu Schedule First session of the week: 7:00pm - 9:00pm (local time to the university partner) Second session of the week: 6:30pm - 9:30pm (local time to the university partner, includes office hours and lunch break) 100% Remote Approximately 5 hours of total time commitment per week Other Perks: Maintain your current career while teaching Paid Sick and Safe Leave Access to Wellness and Educational Resources 20% Discount on 2U Short Courses Access to LinkedIn Learning Hone your own skills by teaching and mentoring others Expand your network by joining the thousands of industry professionals who make up our Instructional Staff Experience the gratitude and fulfillment that comes along with teaching and giving back to the tech community Hourly salary only: In Colorado, the anticipated hourly salary for this role is $42.96 - $46.78/hr.
