and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their
team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an
essential part of the customer support department, assisting
clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication
skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude,

$15.00 Shift: Monday - Friday 8a-5p What's the Job? Respond to
customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and
courteous manner Assist customers with account information, billing
questions, and payment processing Maintain accurate records of
customer interactions and transactions Identify and resolve
customer issues efficiently and effectively Collaborate with team
members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction What's
Needed? Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to
handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Customer-oriented
mindset with a positive attitude Basic computer skills and
familiarity with customer service software Previous experience in
