Technician Location: Winston-Salem, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday,
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $21/hr Start: Immediate | Assignment:

communities. Job Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency
maintenance on apartment units and property Troubleshoot and repair
HVAC systems ( EPA Type II or Universal required ) Handle plumbing,
electrical, and appliance repairs Complete work orders efficiently
and maintain safety standards Ensure property is in top condition
for residents Requirements EPA Type II or Universal certification
required Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Ability to pass a drug test Strong problem-solving skills and
