Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician Location: Winston-Salem, NC Pay: $21–$22/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community in Winston-Salem, NC. This position will focus primarily on turning vacant units and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. Responsibilities: Apartment make-readies and unit turnovers Painting and drywall repair Electrical and plumbing repairs Carpentry work (doors, trim, fixtures, general repairs) Complete repairs efficiently to meet turnover deadlines Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area Qualifications: Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred Skilled in painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Reliable transportation required Valid driver’s license required Strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently This is a full-time, weekday position with steady hours and competitive pay.
