Job Description:

Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations and Compliance, the Donor Relations and Communications Specialist will be responsible for writing and editing a significant volume of custom stewardship reports for donors, as well as assist with communication strategies and pieces that support departmental goals and fundraising priorities for the College of Arts and Sciences. This position will assist with writing, creating, designing and coordinating a range of digital and print communications for the Foundation including, but not limited to, stewardship reports, donor profiles, proposals, one-pagers, concept papers, e-newsletters, gift agreements, event invitations, programs, social media content and videos. The position entails frequent interaction via email, phone and in-person to obtain information needed for donor reports. Work Schedule 8:00am – 5:00pm, M-F
