Overview The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and
managing the tax compliance and planning functions for our
organization. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws,
regulations, and strategies, with a focus on optimizing tax
liabilities and ensuring compliance with federal and state
regulations. Key Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of tax
compliance and reporting including income tax, sales tax, and other
applicable taxes. - Develop and implement tax strategies that align
with the company's objectives and minimize tax liabilities. -
Review and analyze tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance
with regulations. - Provide guidance and support on tax-related
issues to internal stakeholders and management. - Stay updated on
changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the
organization. - Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and
tax authorities during audits and inquiries. Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. -
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. - 5
years of experience in tax management or public accounting. -
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and
compliance requirements. - Excellent analytical, organizational,
and communication skills. - For this position, you must be
