Job Description The pay for this position is $16.00/hour Tips Bonus /n At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries, in clean restaurants with a top tiered customer service approach! /n Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. /n What can you expect? /n /n - Real work/life hours of operation.
