Adecco is assisting a large, well known local distribution company looking to fill a rewarding Human Resources Generalist position. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for performing a variety of human resources and office administrative tasks. Provides support to the Human Resources Manager in all personnel areas including employment, benefits, employee relations, and terminations. Responsible for all payroll and employment data functions using UltiPro, the HR database system. Performs various office administrative tasks including generating office reports, equipment maintenance and other related functions. Fulfills responsibilities in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures. This position will consist of 60% HR duties and 40% administrative duties. Must be familiar with payroll, have great reporting and excel skills. great candidate will be initiative driven, able to work unsupervised.
